CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

The goal of corrective exercise program is to improve movement to enrich a person's life or sport. My goal is to improve and restore performance, reduce the risk of injury and correct your technique of exercise.

Sessions include:

Posture Analysis 

 Movement Analysis

Restore Structural Alignment and Stability 

Restore Mobility through Stability

Soft Tissue Assessments and Correctives

​

Session starts with discussion with client's potential problem. Program is based on client's analysis and recommendations of the therapist.

 

Session takes approximately 60 mins.
